Lump removals

Cats, dogs and other animals can, like humans, develop lumps or growths on any part of the body. In the majority of cases the growth is non invasive and no cause for concern.

Lump removal may be necessary for a number of reasons including, the lump is inhibiting normal movement, the pet is fixated on the lump and keeps licking it, the vet is concerned about the nature of the lump.

If you find a lump on your pet you should always bring it to the attention of your vet and treatment options can be discussed where necessary.
